Lost In Chinatown

For us, food is an experience that defines a moment in time. Whether it’s at the finest restaurant, a greasy-spoon diner or getting lost on a walk through New York City’s Chinatown.

Growing up in NYC, Chinatown has always been a sensory explosion of chaotic masses of people, exotic smells, colorful markets and unusual foods.  This city within a city always evokes our passion for its spectacular and mysterious cuisine and inspires us to dig deeper and experience more.  To fully appreciate and discover Chinatown, we allow ourselves to get lost in the maze of streets, endless shops and stumble into restaurants of which we know nothing about.  It is in this space of complete unawareness that we begin to feel the pulse of Chinatown’s people and are transported to another dimension.  When we finally ascend from the depths of our journey and the smoke clears, we are filled with a sense of victory, exuberance and the unwavering desire to do it again.

New York is our city, our culinary playground, and the place in which we truly feel alive.  Wherever you may live, become a culinary explorer.  Venture out of your comfort zone and get lost in the moment and allow yourself to savor the pleasure of unknown food experiences.
